The legal guarantee of our products is valid for 90 days and covers any defects that refer to technical aspects of manufacturing and the materials involved. Warranties arising from improper use and accidents of any nature are excluded from warranty.

For warranty service, we ask that you return the product in the original packaging and, if possible, attach a copy of the invoice.

After analysis, if approved, a credit will be generated to make a new purchase. In addition, the consumer will be exempt from all costs.

- If you soak with sea water, wash with fresh water and allow to air dry

- Jewelry containing pearls should only be cleaned with a soft cloth.

- Avoid using jewelery as much as possible when handling cleaning products, beauty products and other chemical compositions.
